FlexTk Version 2.4.28 adds rule-based file synchronization allowing one to synchronize files matching user defined criteria. FlexTk Version 2.1.18 adds a thumbnail view mode, customizable detailed view, colored file types, columns sorting, user-selectable tool panes including bookmarks, file filters, a local disks status and a system status pane.
